ho comprato un maxtor 7200rpm 8mb cache da 120gb,
da affiancare al mio vecchio seagate barracuda 7200rpm 2mb cache da 40gb ormai troppo piccolo.
ma è normale che il maxtor faccia tutto sto rumore?
è un pò + veloce del seagate, ma mentre quello qnd legge/scriva quasi neanke si sente, il maxtor si sente eccome!!

il mio Maxtor dà 40 gb nuovo non lo sento andare, sarà ke è coperto dal rumore della ventola....:p

il mio maxtor 40GB d740x ata 133 in scrittura non fa casino + di tanto,...ma fa un sibilo continuo che mi stressa parecchio,,,a gennaio lo cambio per un serial ata seagate credo
