These are beta drivers so not much is known about the full list of changes introduced. According to the many messages Megagames have received, this version of the Catalyst suite resolves most issues faced by the RADEON cards during Call of Duty. This means that there is no need to change bios or driver settings when using the above cards.
Please remember that these are beta drivers and the risk of their use falls flatly on your own shoulders. If you have any doubts about using them wait until ATI makes the 3.10 version of Catalyst official.
