Se acquisto un oggetto via internet in un altro stato della comunità europea (in questo caso in Germania), poi devo pagare l'IVA (o altre tasse) all'ingresso in italia?

no, comprare all'interno della comunità è come comprare in Italia.
chiedi però per quello che riguarda garanzia e/o sostituzione del prodotto se fallato.
