aiuto Gibe mi ha infettato :-((

ciao a tutti ho un grossissimo problema, un mio amico che ha un vecchio pc con win98 ha ricevuto la famosa finta mail della microsoft dove nell'allegato c'era il virus gibe e istallando la finta patch ha infetttato il sistema :cry:

Ora continuano ad arrivagli messaggi email del tipo "mail deliver status notification che dice che l'email non è stata accettata perchè infetta" e questo è vero perchè nell'allegato della mail che torna indietro c'e' l'allegato infetto :eek:

Ho scaricato varie tool dalla symantec e dalla mcaffe che ripristinano il registro e che controllano il sistema e qualcosa hanno trovato, ma tutt'ora continuano ad arrivargli sempre i messaggi :(

Gli ho aggiornato ie explore ma niente :mc:

Gli ho fattto varie scansioni con il nav 2004 con le definizioini aggiornate, ma non trova niente.

Ora gli ho messo lo zoneallarm che quando è in internet continua a bloccare messaggi in uscita sulla porta 103 e credo che siano le mail infette dato che ora non arrivano + (spero non sia un caso)

Cmq sapete dirmi come posso rimuovere definitivamente questo stronzissimo viruss senza dovergli formattare il pc dato che non posso assolutamente farglielo. :muro: :muro:

si avevo letto anche quella notizia, ma non si sa mai... magari quì sul foro trovo qualcuno + intelligente della symantec :D
