Recently there has been a massive increase in computer viruses
propogated via email through the Internet. In an effort to reduce the
spread of these malicious "virus" programs, VailNet/ColoradoNet is
trying out a new virus detector on our mail server.
This detector has found the following potentially malicious virus
in a email addressed to you.
Worm/Gibe.C.1 virus
The email in question appears to have been sent from the address below.
However, because many viruses attempt to "fake" the address from which they
are sent it is possible that the address below is not the "real" address
from which this potentially infected email was sent.
"Microsoft Corporation Program Security Section" <oxdnzan-kqktg@confidence.com>
Because this email has been found to contain a potentially dangerous
virus, our mail server has sent you this message instead of the infected
message. If the above sender is someone that you know, please contact them
and have them check their system for infections.
If you have any questions regarding this please feel free to contact
VailNet/ColoradoNet at 970-949-3318 Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Please
refer to 22525-094A4635 to reference this specific email.
