errori seek time

leggendo quà e là ho installato active smart e in soli due giorni mi ha dato errori di seek time (non creo siano molto gravi) ma stamattina ne e' apparso uno nuovo..... allego il file log.
Potete dirmi se i miei cari maxtor con firm. vecchio stanno soffrendo?
Comp. acceso 24/24 e temperature normali: cpu44 -hard disk 35/36 gradi.
