Valve Software has released a new movie trailer (116MB), this time showing off the DirectX 9 specific effects possible with the Source engine, which is powering Half-Life 2. This trailer demonstrates high-dynamic range rendering, diffuse + reflective bumpmapping, and soft shadows in two minutes of super-high resolution footage.
