perche' quando creo una nuova citta' fondando piccole industrie con tutto l'occorrente dopo un po' scopro che gli edifici industriali vengono abbandonati?Dove sbaglio?

come faccio a generare introiti a parte le tasse?Ho una scuola media ed una elementare ,mi dicono che il livello dell'istruzione č basso ma nessuno ci va porcaputt...
