Project Gotham Racing 2

Easily one of the best-looking Xbox games to date, PGR 2, with five months of development left, is drop-dead gorgeous. Really, this guy at the demo actually saw it and keeled over. Specular blooming (cars are all shiny and reflective), real-time lighting, self-shadowing, 60 fps, and the most detailed cities I've ever seen in a racer -- it's all there already. In five months, who's to say how much better it will look.

Comunque è vero che a volte scelgono degli screenshot che non rendono tanta giustizia alla bellezza effettiva poi del gioco .. ?

già... con Xbox molto spesso gli screen non rendono neanche la metà di quello che è il gioco... a differenza di titoli per altre console dove invece gli screen sono migliori del gioco. :p :rolleyes:

Usually screenshots look better than the game in action. This is one of those rare Xbox titles that actually looks better in action than in a frozen still. The sense of speed, especially when in bumper cam, is awesome. The car models are impressive and complete with full damage-modeling -- which actually looks realistic instead of falsely manufactured. But the most impressive aspect is the city details. Even at such high speeds there's enough graphical power that Microsoft decided to license real store fronts. What's funny is that you can actually see further in the distance than you probably could in real life. This isn't the skanky Brittany Murphy beauty usually found in racers, instead Gotham has a mix of Audrey Hepburn class and Angelina Jolie curves. In other words, PRG 2 is the perfect woman -- except it's a racing game.

purtroppo adesso non mi si visualizzano le immagini, comunque un po' tutte mi sembravano "artefatte"

In effetti la grafica è bellissima ......nella foto della Ferrari però l'immagine dell'auto è poco coerente con il terreno su cui poggia. Certo, non vuol dire molto...occore vedere la demo o comunque un buon filmato.... :rolleyes:

Effettivamente la foto con la Ferrari è strana... la macchina sembra un po appiccicata ed il fondale è... troppo pauroso! :eek:
