Volevo sottolineare questi 2 passaggi:


The textures and models are lovely as well, wonderfully enhanced via a technique called normal mapping. Similar to bump mapping, it imbues geometrically flat surfaces with the appearance of 3D detailing. Suddenly, a flat wall with a granite texture is turned into a mini-masterpiece of fine cracks and tiny ridges, all of which catch the ambient light and cast shadows in realistic manners. This technique has also been applied to the character and creature models. While most of these max out around 3,000 to 3,500 polygons, they look like they have significantly more thanks to smart use of normal mapping. (They also have bones in their faces, which will facilitate much better lip-syncing.) Even better, the newly revamped character designs look great -- much more attractive than before.



While the developers are unable to suggest recommended PC specs at this point, at least one thing is clear: You'll need a GeForce 3 or better just to run the game. That's because it makes extensive (and I do mean extensive) use of pixel shaders and pixel lighting, two rendering techniques that were only introduced with the GeForce 3. (Xbox's GPU is based on GeForce 3 era technology, which is one reason Invisible War is currently only slated for Microsoft's console.) Invisible War is clearly one of those games that will spur PC hardware upgrades. Since Ion's target framerate is only 30 frames per second, you know it'll push your PC hard.

Deus Ex 2, mah, quando sento parlare di questo gioco provo un senso di esaltazione e di euforia. Forse è perchè il primo è stato il miglior gioco che abbia mai provato. Di certo è il gioco che attendo più di ogni altro, NON VEDO L'ORA DI PROVARLO!!! :cool:

Più vedo questi screen e più la bava mi cola vischiosa dal mento...Anche perchè DEUS EX è stato per me il gioco più bello mai giocato! L' unica mia grande preoccupazione è: che razza di computer bisognerà avere per fare girare bene tutto questo?? Io ho un miserrimo PIII a 1Ghtz con 160 RAM :eek: e Radeon9000PRO! Ce la farà? A parte la RAM che ovviamente dovrò aumentare :rolleyes:
