twinmos con che chip? da che frequenza??

sia che montino chip winbond che il twinmos reggono bene cas 2 alle frequenze standard ( e anche 1 po' oltre )

in generale cmq sono ottime memorie , da costo per giunta abbastanza moderato...

li ho trovati in un essedi shop , banco da 256 a 166/333 mhz cas 2.5
