Problema con Outlook

Salve ragazzi, ho un problema con Outlook, praticamente ogni volta che mi arrivano degli allegati non riesco ne a vederli e ne a salvarli, mi potete dire cosa devo cambiare nelle impostazioni?

Go to the Tools menu and select Options (last in the list)
Then select the Security tab of the open Options panel.
The setting mentioned above is: "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus"
Uncheck the above option.
