Ciao ha tutti,ho acquistato gli MP3 + DVD XPack plug-in di Intervideo per windows media player 9, gli ho installati e tutto bene, poi per motivi vari li ho dovuti togliere e ora reinstallandoli mi compare questo messaggio d'errore:

Errore durante l'installazione di iKernel.exe: (0x10000).

Qualcuno ne sa qualcosa?
Come posso fare?
