Ciao, vorrei sapere quale programma posso usare per creare icone con lo sfondo trasparente e se è possibile ricavare una icona da un file .jpg, .gif o .bmp...

Prova Microangelo........ti gestisce le icone del sistema e ha anche l'editor.....è molto buono!

Questo piccolo programma permette di poter cambiare anche le icone delle cartelle di Windows, utile e simpatico. Freeware :)
