Mi confondo fra betamax e betacam: qual è il nome corretto? O sono due cose differenti?

Il Betamax era un sistema simile al VHS mentre il sistema Betacam SP e oggi in versione SX è lo standard per il broadcast.
Ciaoooo
sapete come è il betamax digitale?
come com'è ?
cosa vuoi sapere di preciso?
ciao
il bit rate, la risoluzione, a parità di qualità a che altro formato digitale si può paragonare
Betacam SX is a very slightly lower-grade system offering similar quality to conventional Beta SP (but with no drop-out), and in fact it uses Beta SP tapes - although a standard 30 minute tape will give 60 minutes of digital recording. This format target news and magazine programmes with a quick turnaround ENG type operation, and to this end, does include features such as four-times real-time transfer of pictures and a method of marking "good shots" (presumably so the editor knows which ones the cameraman likes, so they can be left out of the final edit). It has some compatability to the old SP format, in that it is possible to replay SP tapes on SX machines.
Digital Betacam 4:2:2 10 bit
Digital S 4:2:2 8 bit
Beta SX 4:2:2 8 bit
DV Cam 4:2:0 8 bit
DVC Pro 4:1:1 8 bit
DV 4:2:0 8 bit
Sony has developed a compression scheme for its Betacam SX digital signal processing systems which uses an I-B-I-B-I---- sequence of compressed frames. It does not use P frames. Per the emerging MPEG standard, editing can be done on I (Intra-coded) frames; B Bidirectionally coded) frames remove temporal redundancy in the compressed frame sequence between I frames; P (Predictivly coded) frames. B and P frames are not required by MPEG rules to be editable. Sony has developed a proprietary technique which allows editing on both I and B frames (ie, each frame in the 10:1 compressed video sequence).
spero te la cavi bene con l'inglese.:D
