Windows 11 non mi mostra i file recenti

Salve a tutti,

come posso impostare che il mio Windows mi mostri i file recenti quando debbo caricare un file su cui lavoro o anche quando apro esplora risorse?

In passato, lo tolsi, ma ora non riesco a rimettere tutto come stava e nonostante imposti questo che vedete nella schermata, si toglie da solo subito dopo.

Windows è originale, non ci sono strani smanettamenti sopra

Forse ho risolto seguendo questi passaggi che incollo sotto, al momento l'unico difetto è che oltre ai file recenti mi appare accanto una mascherina grande con scritto preferiti
