HELP! Riavvii improvvisi

Salve, da un mesetto sto avendo problemi con riavvii improvvisi del PC dei quali non riesco ad identificare la causa.
Il PC ha processore INTEL 13700K + Scheda madre Gigabyte Z790, con sistema operativo Windows 11.
Non avevo mai avuto problemi di riavvii ma, sarà stata una coincidenza, ho cominciato ad averne dopo aver fatto un aggiornamento del BIOS all'ultimo disponibile (per il FIX microcode) ed un aggiornamento automatico di Windows 11.
Non credo sia un problema Hardware, ma vi invito a farmi ravvedere se secondo qualche esperto potrebbe essere proprio questo.
Di sicuro NON è un problema di drivers, visto che dopo aver iniziato ad avere problemi, ho formattato ed ho reinstallato da zero il sistema operativo con TUTTI i drivers aggiornati. Prima che installassi altri softwares si è ripresentato il primo riavvio spontaneo.
Anche dopo l'ultimo aggiornamento di Windows fatto pochi giorni fa, nulla è cambiato.
Sono abbastanza sicuro che sia proprio Windows il problema, visto che l'anno scorso ho avuto un problema simile su un Notebook appena acquistato, ma i riavvii improvvisi sono scomparsi dopo alcuni aggiornamenti automatici di Windows.
Per cercare di identificare la causa, ho dato un'occhiata al registro eventi di windows che riporta sempre l'errore CRITICO in caso di riavvio, sempre con il seguente LOG:

This scenario includes the following circumstances:

You shut off power to an unresponsive computer, and then you restart the computer.
To verify that a computer is unresponsive, press the Caps lock key on the keyboard. If the Caps lock light on the keyboard doesn't change when you press the Caps lock key, the computer might be unresponsive (also known as a hard hang).
The computer restarts, but it doesn't generate Event ID 41.
The computer restarts and generates Event ID 41, but the BugcheckCode and PowerButtonTimestamp values are zero.

In such cases, something prevents Windows from generating error codes or from writing error codes to disk. Something might block write access to the disk (as in the case of an unresponsive computer) or the computer might shut down too quickly to write the error codes or even detect an error.

The information in Event ID 41 provides some indication of where to start checking for problems:

Event ID 41 isn't recorded or the bug check code is zero. This behavior might indicate a power supply problem. If the power to a computer is interrupted, the computer might shut down without generating a Stop error. If it does generate a Stop error, it might not finish writing the error codes to disk. The next time the computer starts, it might not log Event ID 41. Or, if it does, the bug check code is zero. The following conditions might be the cause:
In the case of a portable computer, the battery was removed or drained.
In the case of a desktop computer, the computer was unplugged or experienced a power outage.
The power supply is underpowered or faulty.

The PowerButtonTimestamp value is zero. This behavior might occur if you disconnected the power to a computer that wasn't responding to input. The following conditions might be the cause:
A Windows process blocked write access to the disk, and you shut down the computer by pressing and holding the power button for at least four seconds.
You disconnected the power to an unresponsive computer.

L'avevo già letto.
Comunque, FORSE, ho trovato il problema: l'aggiornamento BIOS.
Infatti, proprio oggi sono andato sul sito di Gigabyte ed ho visto che è disponibile un altro aggiornamento del BIOS che riporta nella descrizione:
1. Checksum : 8ACA
2. Addresses random system shutdown while idling in Windows OS.

Ho appena effettuato l'aggiornamento e spero di aver così risolto... vedremo!

salve anche io ho lo stesso problema, ho escluso come cause, sostituendoli, alimentatore, Ram, processore, quindi o è la scheda madre o è Windows ma penso che se fosse Windows darebbe più informazioni sull'errore, che scheda madre hai?
