AMD ha parlato dell'architettura CDNA 3 e soprattutto di come rappresenterā un tassello fondamentale per la sua prima APU per datacenter, Instinct MI300, un progetto che unirā una CPU Zen 4 e una GPU CDNA 3 sullo stesso package.
