profilo da h264 high l3.1 a h264 high l4.1

ho notato che molto probabilmente il mio televisore non legge i codec h264 con profilo high l3.1 mentre non ha problemi con il profilo high l4.1

conoscete qualche software per cambiare questi profilo ai vari file? mkvtoolnix lo può fare? o ffmpeg?

facendo ulteriori ricerche ho intuito che non è quello il problema, deve essere qualcos altro
metto i dati di due file, il primo non lo legge, il secondo, molto simile sì. che può essere? non penso che l'audio conti, quindi non posto i dati audio

grazie, ho rimuxato con mkvmerge così

mkvmerge -o output.mkv input.mkv

e ora li legge

ma se dovessi farlo con ffmpeg come si fa da riga di comando? chiedo in caso dovessi sistemare un file mp4
