Attaccare foto su desckop

Salve! Non so se è qui che devo chiedere ma....

Dunque. Vorrei attaccare,a mo di note. Delle foto al desckop. Come appunti. Ma invece di testo ci metto una foto! E' possibile con win 10? Ci sono programmi free per farlo?

Oltre al testo puoi inserire una o anche più immagini:
