Buongiorno innanzi tutto se ho sbagliato sezione scusate.
Ho da tempo scaricato Proton VPN(free)e funzionava regolarmente,l'ho riprovata dopo diversi mesi e non mi funziona più,cioè non riesce a connetteresi a nessun server,ho provato anche a reinstallarla e mi hanno anche dato i 7 giorni da premium e non si connetteva lo stesso.
Ho contattato il supporto e mi ha consigliato questo:
Please log out of the ProtonVPN application and proceed to follow these steps:
Click the Start icon -> open the Search -> write “cmd” -> and click enter. When you access the CMD, enter the following commands one-by-one:
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /renew
netsh interface ipv4 reset
netsh interface ipv6 reset
After you've done this, restart your device > login and try to connect to a server.
Adesso non avendo idea io di quello che andrei a fare,avete suggerimenti?
