Certo:
cartelle condivise e/o server FTP e/o server SFTP su PC
+ file manager Android che supporti SMB/FTP/SFTP (ad es. X-plore).

Puoi pure comandare il PC in remoto (ad es. con bVNC Free).

Idem con analoghe app su iOS per il mondo iPhone/iPad.
