salve
sto provando a sistemare un portatile. probabilmente lo hanno un po trattato male spegnendolo troppo bruscamente.
Il ripristino finisce incompleto. se provo avviarlo in modalità provvisoria esce una schermata blu con in seguenti errori:
STOP: c000021a {Fatal system error}.
the verification of a knownDLL failed. system process terminated unexpected with a status 0xc0000221 (0x00e5b690 0x00000000)
the system has been shut down.

.. ho provato a riparare con un CD windows 7 senza successo.
i test del disco mi danno il seguente out: hard disk 1 smart (301)

Il disco fisso è andato. Backuppa i dati su un altro disco.
Windows di fabbrica non lo recuperi se non erano stati fatti i dischi di ripristino. Installa windows pulito e poi installa i driver che scarichi dal sito hp.
