Ciao a tutti , la mia scheda video non funziona più ; stavo giocando quando ad un tratto è mancato il segnale video .
Ho provato a cambiare output , formattare il pc e provarla su un altro pc ma non viene più rilevata , quindi non riesco neanche a reinstallare i driver.
Però le ventole partono e il led si accende.
Oramai sono passati più di 2 anni quindi è teoricamente fuori garanzia ma il sito di Gigabyte dice che sarebbero 3 gli anni di garanzia sulle schede video.
Ho contattato l'assistenza Gigabyte e mi ha scritto questo :
We are really sorry for the inconvenience you have with our product. About the issue you mentioned, it seems like something wrong with the hardware and it needs a further examination. Because our warranty service is provided by the original supplier and the distributor in that area, if you want to RMA/repair/replace your product, please contact with your original supplier (where you bought this product) for further help.
Kindly note according to your product serial number, this item was not distributed by our local distributor. Since we do not have global warranty, the warranty terms are dependent on your sale of contract and are what ever your supplier sold you.
Che posso fare ? Contatto il venditore ? C'è qualcos'altro che posso fare per provare a vedere se funzionasse ancora ?
