E' la stessa domanda che è venuta in mente immagino a tutti quelli che hanno letto il tuo post iniziale.
Mancano un bel po' di dettagli, primo il linguaggio: VBA per Excel? Sarebbe buona norma indicarlo nel titolo. Secondo il contesto: quando viene chiamato quello script? Cosa fa? Il messaggio "errore irrimediabile" (è un bel problema usare l'italiano) sulla dichiarazione sembra quasi indicare che non riconosca proprio Worksheet. Dovresti aggiungere una gestione degli errori anche solo per capire il codice d'errore.

credo di aver esagerato...
Mi esce microsoft visual basic,applications editing, errore di compilazione-errore di automazione-errore irreparabile.
Versione excel 2013
Windows 7 32bit
Mi evidenzia solo

e nella tabella a sinistra “proprietà modulo mi evidenzia “name-archivio”
Clliccando sulo punto interrogative mi esce:
