Question on triple monitor setup two 4K and one 1440 144Hz

I have three 24" 4K monitors right now but now I want a 27" 144Hz in the middle and the two 4K on the sides. Can I run the natural resolution for all three and fixed scaling for the two 4K monitors?
please help.
