Porte chiuse con modem Fibra TIM

Salve a tutti, ho un piccolo problema.
Non riesco ad aprire le porte del torrent sul nuovo modem arrivato con la fibra di TIM.

Ho assegnato un ip statico.

Sul firewall di windows è aperto uTorrent come applicazione.
Quando faccio il test con il torrent mi dà la spunta gialla su "Rete"
