mhm... e c'er apure scritto:
"When clicking on the power button on the Start menu, it closes the Start menu without opening the flyout with restart/shutdown options appearing. As a workaround – you can right-click on the Start button (or WIN + X) and choose to shutdown via this menu instead."

c'è anche scitto nello articolo

Quando si clicca sul tasto Arresta nel menu Start non appare il menu flyout con le opzioni per il riavvio/spegnimento. Come soluzione transitoria è possibile cliccare con il tasto destro del mouse sul tasto Start (o usare la combinazione di tasti WIN + X) e selezionare lo spegnimento tramite tale menu)
