vorrei installare simple dns crypt su seven 64bit https://simplednscrypt.org/

però quando provo ad installare mi dà errore:

"impossibile avviare il programma perchè api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll non è presente nel computer, per risolvere provare a reinstallare"

che debbo fare?
