Salve,
mi serve un consiglio.
ho bisogno di un programma che gestisca una cam ip (dlink dcs-932l) in modo che mi permetta di creare una finestra anche piccola da tenere sempre sul desktop in primo piano.

Qualcuno puņ aiutarmi?

In alternativa puoi provare iSpy, opensource e compatibile con molte ipcam, compresa la tua. https://www.ispyconnect.com/download.aspx
