sono in palla con il procedimento RMA..praticamente ho iniziato tipo un mese fa,sono andato sul sito del produttore ho seguito tutta la procedura,dati ecc...fino a che è stato approvato..
questo è l'email dove lo dice..

quindi ho proseguito con i passaggi..e alla fine mi hanno lasciato questo:

Aspettavo sinceramente il corriere che veniva a casa..ma è passato quasi un mese..e del corriere manco l'ombra..mica devo inviarlo io?? non ci ho capito una mazza..XD
chi mi illumina??

ho mandato un email dicendo a che punto era mia richiesta..
mi hanno risposto in inglese:
