Firmware Pentax k100d

Ho provato ad usare una scheda sd da 8GB sulla mia Pentax ma non viene riconosciuta. Ho letto che probabilmente dipende dal firmware che è la ver. 1.0 e di aggiornarlo. Per aggiornarlo è necessaria una scheda da 8GB e qui non ho più saputo come procedere.
C'è qualcuno che mi sappia dire come devo fare?

8 MB o più, non 8 GB!

*Blank, formatted SD card (8MB or more)
*USB cable I-USB17
If you are copying the firmware update file to the SD card by connecting the camera directly to your computer.
*PC card reader or a computer with a PC card slot
If you are copying the firmware update file to the SD card using a memory card reader / writer.
*We recommend using the AC adapter (K-AC10) for update firmware.
If you are using a CR-V3 lithium battery or AA batteries, make sure that batteries are fresh

Ti ringrazio per la risposta, non so come ma continuavo a leggere 8gb come dimensione della scheda. La tua risposta mi ha fatto finalmente leggere che lo spazio richiesto era invece di 8mb.
