View Full Version : problemi di avvio per probabile rottura HD

ciao a tutti.
il mio sistema consiste in un ssd crucial su cui è caricato il SO e un hd samsung che prima faceva le stesse funzioni.
da qualche giorno il sistema operativo non parte se entrambi gli hd sono collegati. se invece stacco il samsung, tutto funziona regolarmente.
dal momento che il samsung non è stato regolarmente formattato ma ho semplicemente cancellato la partizione del vecchio sistema operativo, non vorrei che in qualche modo mandasse in conflitto il crucial.
mi sapere dire come posso controllare che il samsung funzioni ancora?
se lo collego a pc acceo il sistema non vede l'hd.

Probabilmente è per qualche ignoto motivo cambiato l'ordine di avvio .
Ma che il sistema non parte con che messaggio o comportamenti si manifesta ?
Collega entrambi e ricontrolla nel BIOS l'ordine di boot.

L'ordine di boot e' corretto. Con entrambi gli hd collegati rimane la pagina di Windows iniziale con la bandierina perennemente in carica

In questo caso e molto probabile che il disco sia guasto , oppure ha molti settori danneggiati .
A volte con dischi che hanno questo problema basta aspettare finche Windows non finisce di leggere , cosa che puo avvenire anche dopo 10 - 20 minuti .
Se poi anche aspettando , in nessun caso riesci ad avviare Windows , puoi provare a collegarlo come disco esterno ( su un box esterno ), ma solo dopo che Windows si e avviato normalmente .

sicuramente questa procedura non ha giovato, se è stata fatta senza un dispositivo di hot-swap. Anzi sei stato anche fortunato a non incappare nelle potenziali conseguenze.

Non ti preoccupare non succede nulla. Va in gestione periferiche clikka su dischi e poi in alto scegli rileva modifiche hardware. Se funziona lo rileva.
Però non fare il contrario con hdd con dati puoi perderli ma a livello hardware non succede niente.

Il contrario nel senso di rimuoverlo, casomai lo disattivi in gestione periferiche e quando è comparsa la x rossa lo scolleghi.

Non ti preoccupare non succede nulla. Va in gestione periferiche clikka su dischi e poi in alto scegli rileva modifiche hardware. Se funziona lo rileva.

Però non fare il contrario con hdd con dati puoi perderli ma a livello hardware non succede niente.

Purtroppo non lo rileva. C'è software che riesce a diagnosticarmi il problema dal boot?

Quasi sicuramente l'hd ha problemi di settori instabili o danni alla scheda logica o testine deboli.

Usa una live di Linux (GParted ad es.) per visualizzare la tabella SMART del Samsung, nel caso riuscisse a vederlo.
Se ci riesce, posta qui la schermata o il file di log.

Il Samsung ha problemi con il cavo dati non ben connesso o troppo sottile(voce C7 dello SMART con 33934 errori). Prova a sostituirlo.
Potrebbe dipendere anche dal connettore del disco stesso.
