View Full Version : Virtualizzazione 64-bit

Salve gente.
Avrei necessità di abilitare la virtualizzazione sul mio pc in quanto se voglio virtualizzare xp 64 bit mi dice che tale virtualizzazione non è attiva. Ho trovato alcune guide, tutte concordi. L'unica cosa che "mi fa un po' paura" è quando dicono Selezionare Ripristina predefiniti, e successivamente selezionare Salva & Esci.
Quando installai Linux su questo pc, un annetto fa, ricordo che dovetti smanettare un po' a causa dell'uefi boot e non riuscii a mantenere anche windows 7 (o 8 nn ricordo) che c'era installato e installai solo linux. Ora mi domando, se ripristino i predefiniti, non è che poi nn mi parte più il pc? Scusate la domanda nubba abbestia ma di hardware ne so veramente poco :D

Concordo che non mi piace.

Esempio: a volte l'opzione è in sezioni poco intuitive o ha nomi poco esplicativi. (http://www.hwupgrade.it/forum/showthread.php?t=2431117)
Per alcune opzioni è anche necessario un completo arresto della macchina per abilitarle effettivamente.

Modello preciso della scheda madre e della CPU?

Ma ti riferisci al bios ?
Se si non fai prima ad abilitare lì support per la virtualizzazione senza resettare tutto ?

Ma ti riferisci al bios ?

Si questa modifica va fatta dal bios ma non so quale opzione devo settare e come. Di quelle menzionate nelle varie guide nno ne ho trovate all'interno del mio bios e cmq mi sono fermato quando dice di ripristinare le impostazioni di default.

Sul bios devi cercare la parola "virtualizzazion" o anche "VT-x" di solito nel tab "Power" o in "advanced"

Nel mio bios non ho trovato quelle voci. Ora provo a riguardare.

Fermi tutti!! :D L'ho trovato.
Le voci si trovavano nella scheda "alimentazione" ==> "strumenti di protezione". Vediamo se funziona ora.

Ok ora il messaggio di errore non compare più e l'installazione parte.
Ora però mi si presenta un altro problema: sto utilizzando gnome-boxes e sto cercando di virtualizzare windows xp 64 bit. Ho configurato ram e spazio disco ma al momento dell'installazione mi dice che nn trova un hard disk e l'installazione si ferma. :mc:

Ok per farlo partire ho dovuto togliere l'installazione rapida che serve a pre-configurare l'installazione. Che sia un bug?

Alla fine sono tornato al buon vecchio virtual-box. Gnome-boxes era un continuo blocco, non riuscivo a metterlo in rete, a farlo accedere al server ecc ecc... Forse dovrei leggermi una guida adeguata prima di riprovarlo. Ma avevo bisogno di qualcosa che funzionasse subito.
