Dubbio acquisto Mainboard X99

salve, io vorrei fare una configurazione SLI con 2 gtx970, su una mainboard x99, che ho visto avere più o meno tutte la stessa disposizione degli slot pci-express.
il mio problema è che vorrei distanziare più possibile le schede, e vedo che c'è solo uno slot di distanza. inoltre ho anche una scheda audio, l'asus xonar, che vorrei piazzare.

ho visto che le configurazioni possibili, con il processore 5820k sono

1) 16/0/0/0
2) 16/8/0/0
3) 8/8/8/0

quindi, il quarto slot è completamente inutile. io vorrei metterle sul primo e sul terzo, mettendo in mezzo la xonar, che cmq è low profile.

questa sopra è una gigabyte ud4, sulla quale sono orientato, in alternativa la msi sli plus, che ha uno slot 1x in meno, ma forse non mi dovrebbe servire
è fattibile?

poiché le mainboard p67 hanno la possibilità di farmi mettere la scheda video sullo slot 1x, appena sotto al processore

quindi:
- I primi due slot 16x hanno 16 linee, le altre due 8. Quindi il massimo possibile sarebbe 16/16/8/8, che nemmeno i 5930k supportano (40 linee totali)

- sui 5820k il secondo slot va a 8x, il terzo a 4x, quindi sarebbe un 16/8/4
e la scheda video non potrei metterla in SLI sul terzo, poiché va a 4x, ma forse potrebbe andare addirittura sul quarto, in 8x/8x/4x/8x ?
