Thanks !
The street name is Vicolo Brindisi. The problem with ADSL is that the max uploud speed is 1Mbps and im guessing that the average is around 400-600Kbps.
And i need at least 1,5-2 Mbps
Considering there is no fiber coverage in that town, your best bet would be a "normal" adsl connection with Telecom Italia, which provides the highest upstream rate in Italy for ADSLs: 1216kbps with a real speed of 1,03-1,04 Mbps. Otherwise you have Fastweb and Tiscali with 1024kbps and Infostrada with 997kbps.
We also have HDSL lines even though they are very expensive, about 300€ per month For a 2Mbps simmetric line (it's not worth it).
If you're an Advanced user, you could think of combining two lines with a particular modem that adds the first line speed to the Second one.
A single Telecom line 20/1 which in the best scenario would be 19/1,04Mbps costs about 43-44€/month.
If you chose to install two Infostrada lines they would cost about 45,90€/mont with a maximum speed of 35/1,7Mbps (17,5/0,85 each) and something similar as price and performances for Tiscali too! Fastweb would be about 60€ instead.

Thanks a lot for the info. From what i know bonding two connections is hard and depends also on the provider to have specialized hardware for this.Any idea if any of the providers have the hardware ?

Si ma lui ha chiesto provider che supportano il bonding.
Se la linea è domestica, nessuno di questi lo fa.

Well, If you need a decent upload speed, use the 4g network. Go with vodafone for a usb stick with internet. It's the best solution for upload. In your case. But it's limited by few GB/month.
