Dopo aver installato un software per fare il mount di volumi iso, windows 7 non rileva più il lettore dvd. Qualcuno sa come risolvere?

prima ho provato alcohol ma non mi si installava, poi ho provato poweriso

Quindi adesso hai installato Poweriso ?

Se provi a toglierlo ?

l ho tolto ma non cambia niente. Lo rileva ma non lo installa e da questo errore:

Impossibile avviare il dispositivo hardware. Le informazioni di configurazione nel Registro di sistema sono incomplete o danneggiate. (Codice 19)

Un driver di dispositivo non è stato avviato. Per ulteriori informazioni, dalla scheda Driver scegliere Dettagli driver.

Con cosa hai disinstallato PowerIso ?

Forse è rimasto ancora qualcosa .

Il pc è un fisso o un portatile ?
