Overclock Fx 6300 / GA 970 UD3P

Ciao ragazzi vorrei fare un pò di overclock per cercare di portare il procio a 4,5 ghz o giu di li.
le specifiche sono:

GA 970 UD3P
fx 6300
cooler master b600 600w
sapphire radeon hd 7870 oc
12 gb 1600mhz ddr3 corsair v.
hyper 412s

... di seguito gli screen del bios e delle temp sotto stress con ibt.
qualche anima buona che mi aiuta a spingerlo?
