DSL e Firewall

Salve,
quando avvio (tramite il comando "start_firewall") il firewall di DSL4.4.10, appare un terminale in cui mi si dice che è tutto OK:

"Succesfully secured the following addresses: 192.168.0.4"

poi però la finestra si chiude subito, e ho notato che tra i processi attivi (comando ps) non c'è il firewall.
quindi non riesco a capire se è attivo o no. c'è qualche modo per verificarlo?

il nome del firewall è "rc.firewall for iptables" 2.0

è sicuro? o mi conviene mettere mano come indicato nella guida?

se vedi regole impostate vuol dire che lo script ha funzionato

altrimenti vedresti tutto: ACCEPT
