schermata blu con w7

salve ragazzi ho un problema con w7 che vado a descrivere.
quando navigo su internet e contemporaneamente uso AVS VIDEO CONVERTER 8 per convertire alcuni film in avi , non sempre ma spesso il pc si blocca e il monitor diventa blu con la seguente descrizione.

sapete come posso risolvere?

Ciao se provi a convertire i file con un altro convertitore, magari freeware succede uguale ?

Se fai solo la conversione senza navigare on line ?

Prova a leggere il file minidump con BlueScreenView (http://www.geekissimo.com/2011/05/20/guida-visualizzare-la-causa-del-blue-screen-con-bluescreenview/) .

Posta la terza immagine da link, che è la scheda tecnica della bsod .

Se vuoi puoi postarla anche con Postimage - contenuto normale - Anteprima per forum (1) .

Sembra che sia un problema di memoria, poi.........

Quanto spazio vuoto hai a disposizione ?

ho liberi piu' di 134 gb

Mi aspettavo l' immagine...........comunque può essere anche un problema di ram.

Testala con MemTest, fai più di un passaggio .

Puoi anche provare ad avviare il pc con un banco di ram alla volta .

O può anche essere un problema del processore che si surriscalda troppo o la scheda madre.......

Hai per caso cambiato dei parametri nel bios, alias overclock ?

Il computer è un fisso o un portatile ? Quanti hanni ha ?

Non ho postato immagine perche' sup i 25kb richisti dal sito.
pc fisso , cambiato sia scheda madre che ram e hard disk da alcuni mesi.

ho aggionato drivers scheda video e lo testo di nuovo poi ti faccio sapere

Per questo ti ho suggerito di usare siti esterni di free image hosting tipo > Postimage ;)

Quindi ram nuova, anche il processore è nuovo, se hai cambiato scheda madre, la ventola gira bene ?

Il lavoro l' hai fatto tu sul pc desktop o l' hai fatto fare .

Controlla comunque anche la ram e tutti i collegamenti .

Perchè hai aggiornato i driver della scheda video nuova messa con la scheda madre ?

Che non sia questo il problema ?
