Io e la mia ragazza ci stiamo preparando a trascorrere a Liverpool una vacanza lavoro, e abbiamo trovato un offerta molto interessante, da 130£ a settimana bollette incluse senza agency fees e con solo 50£ di deposito. L'acconto di soli 50£ ha iniziato a puzzarmi.
Lui mi ha segnalato questo sito http://royalchambersliverpool.co.uk/, il loro sito, e benchč ci sia una sezione riguardante i long term stay nella sezione "booking online" vedo solo possibile segnare una permanenza che va da 1 a 30 giorni.
Stamattina mi č arrivata questa mail
"If you would like to book for a month you can do so via email, just send us your requested dates along with full name, contact number and preffered room size, then we will fill out a booking form for you to complete and return with a small deposit on the room.The rooms are all the same with regards to size for each type of room (for example a single room may be smaller than a double but each type of room is the same as the other). You will be allocated the most appropriate room however if you wish to move at any point you can feel free to do so.

Come ci si muove in questi casi? In che modo posso avere delle garanzie sul versamento dei miei 50£?
