vorrei sapere quanta scheda video ha integrata questa scheda madre.

Cosa vuol dire "quanta scheda video" ?? Intendi la memoria ??
Se si, essa utilizza la memoria centrale (ram) sottraendola in parte al sistema (il quantitativo massimo di memoria condivisibile č pari a 1696 MB).

Io ora ho il monitor collegato ad una nvidia ge force 9600 gs 512 mega e 4 gb di ram, meglio collegarlo all'esterna o integrata ?

Se sfrutti la scheda video dedicata (Nvidia) direi che sarebbe meglio collegarla a quest' ultima; viceversa mantieni pure l' integrata.
