Cambiare font o cosa?

Salve, ho da 3 anni un macbookpro ma per lavoro ho preso un asus con windows 8. Però come tutti i windows, la cosa che non mi piace quasi per niente è il tipo di font utilizzato da quest'ultimo. Solo che non sto trovando un modo per cambiarlo, avete qualche info in merito?

Come già discusso in un altro thread ( cliccamelo dolcemente Khronos che sono sensibile al tocco (http://www.hwupgrade.it/forum/showthread.php?t=2527901) :asd: ) la questione è:
1) E' possibile cambiare il font ma bisogna agire con dei valori binari di alcune chiavi, spiegare il metodo non è nè facile nè divertente ma soprattutto inutile perchè il valore non è sempre lo stesso, varia in base al font scelto
2) Le chiavi MS Shell Dlg e MS Shell Dlg 2 non servono per quello:

Stores the names of alternative fonts that can be used when a requested font or a font that appears in a document either is not available or is unsupported.

Entries in this subkey are of data type REG_SZ and are named after the fonts for which substitutes are defined. The value of an entry is the name of the font to be used in substitution for the font name matched by the name of the entry. For example, the entry Helvetica, if it exists in the registry, could store the string "Arial", which would configure Arial as a substitute for Helvetica.
