Ram non rilevata

Ho aggiunto 2 banchi da 2gb di DDR3 1600 ai miei 2 banchi hià presenti. Le ram erano tutte perfettamente testate e funzionanti, ma nonostante cio il sitema mi legge solo 4gb. Sapete come mai e come risolvere?
