Su Vista (32 bit), dopo aver scaricato l'ultima versione (5.20) di Western Digital Data Lifeguard Diagnostic per DOS (http://support.wdc.com/product/download.asp?groupid=606&sid=2&lang=it), quando avvio l'eseguibile (dlgdiag5.exe) dovrebbe essere creata l'icona "Diskette Creator" sul desktop con cui creare un floppy di diagnostica (in base a quanto dicono le istruzioni d'installazione), invece viene visualizzato il prompt dei comandi vuoto e il programma apparentemente sembra non faccia nulla, sia se avvio direttamente l'eseguibile come amministratore, sia se la lancio dal prompt dei comandi avviato in modalità amministratore.
Nel lettore floppy (interno) (a:\) ovviamente ho inserito un floppy formattato.
