Schermata blu anche per me

da un pò di tempo ogni tanto mi da una bella schermata blu..ho avviato whocrashed e il risultato è questo:

poi proverò un banco di ram alla volta con memtest

ah, ho aggiornato il bios qualche giorno fa
ho windows 7
devo attivare windows update?non l'ho mai attivato

Dai messaggi di errore sembrerebbe piu un problema di driver che di memoria .
Per sicurezza comunque prova a fare anche il test della memoria .
Poi se hai dei punti di ripristino di windows prova a tornare a un punto precedente all' errore .

Non hai detto se gli errori sono usciti dopo che hai aggiornato il bios , oppure se c' erano gia da prima . Se gli errori sono comparsi dopo l' aggiornamento e anche possibile che qualche impostazione del bios non sia corretta .

hai ragione..ci sono già da prima, una volta ogni tanto comunque, non è una cosa frequente, anche se ieri me l'ha dato 2 volte..magari la prossima volta capiterà tra 1 mese, chi lo sa..una domanda..usando memtest86 (all'avvio del pc) devo scollegare le ram e provarle una per una?o va bene eseguire il programma anche con tutte le ram così come sono??

Per il test alla ram prova prima tuti i banchi di ram assieme , se non escono errori allora la ram funziona e non devi fare nulla .
Solo se ti escono errori devi provare un banco di ram alla volta per capire quale e quello guasto .

grazie mille..avevo già aggiornato i driver Tages (l'avevo letto nella descrizione dell'errore all'avvio di win dopo la schermata blu) ma ora nella risoluzione problemi mi da ancora questo http://prntscr.com/1kzf4f , scarico sperando sia la volta buona..

Non hai detto se il test con le ram ti ha dato degli errori oppore no .
Se non ci sono stati errori , allora significa che le ram funzionano e l' errore e dovuto ad altri problemi di Windows .

L' errore win32k.sys a volte e dovuto ai driver della scheda video , se non lo hai gia fatto , scaricati i driver aggiornati e installali sul pc , non usare i driver Tages , scaricati solo i driver della scheda video e installali .
Prova poi a disabilitare il ripristino configurazione di sistema su tutte le unita , che a volte provoca questo errore .

il test con memtest86 lo faccio domani mattina, poi vi dirò..come faccio a disabilitare il ripristino configurazione di sistema su tutte le unita?? ho già installato gli ultimi driver nvidia geforce..ah, una cosa, che fin'ora non è stata presa in considerazione: con pc wizard la temperatura mbtp è di 80-82 gradi centigradi, pc appena acceso..magari da schermata blu per quello, chi lo sa..domani comunque posto i risultati, farò girare memtest86 per delle ore..
