xperia tablet z, tethering e proxy

Buongiorno a tutti,
da una settimana circa sono possessore di questo bellissimo Xperia Tablet Z.
Veramente un ottimo prodotto.
Riscontro però alcuni problemi con il tethering con alcuni cellulari e le connessioni su proxy aziendale.
Vi porto due esempi:
- ho provato ad utiulizzare in tethering per il collagamento uno smartphone galaxy nexus di mia moglie e non c'èstato verso di collegarli. o meglio, si agganciavano tramite wifi, ma il browser e tutti i programmi non accedevano ai dati! questo non accade però con il mio HTC One S, dove tutto fila liscissimo!
- problema molto simile con il proxy aziendale. Ho collegato un AP wireless con impostazioni adeguate alla rete aziendale (il dhcp lo gestisce la rete). A questo AP si collegano senza nessun problema sia i pc che il mio HTC One S (ovviamente all'apertura del browser devo inserire nome utente e pw aziendali ma tutto funziona). Il tablet invece no! Riconosce la rete wireless, si collega, ho correttamente impostato indirizzo ip del proxy e la porta. Ma all'apertura del browser non chiede l'autenticazione! e non va nè su Chrome nè su Firefox.

Sapete dirmi qualcosa su questo problema?

Even if you get a Tablet Z without 3G, you can still use mobile Internet, provided you have a data plan on your droid phone and the Xperia Link installed. The app simplifies the tethering process. It puts a widget on the homescreen that lets you turn tethering on and off.
You might be thinking that you can just use your droid's Wi-Fi hotspot feature to do the same (and you could). The difference here is that Xperia Link uses Bluetooth to share the Internet connection and not Wi-Fi.

Incredibilmente dopo un paio di settimane tutto funziona correttamente con tutti i cellulari e anche con il wireless aziendale sotto lo stesso proxy, senza cambiare alcuna impostazione... boh...
