Consiglio cuffie fascia alta per gaming ASTRO A40 & company

Ciao a tutti ragazzi, sarei propenso ad acquistare delle cuffie ( non wifi ) di fascia alta che userò al 90% per gaming e 10% per musica quindi delle cuffie adatte principalmente per il gaming! mi servono "multipiattaforma " visto che le andrò ad usare per la xbox 360, ps3 e PC
Dopo varie ricerche ho visto e letto che le astro A40 2013 sono tra le migliori, ma altre ottime marche sono le turtle beach e le Sennheiser
ecco volevo chiedervi voi cosa ne pensate tra queste 3 marche e quale mi consigliate? io ho quasi deciso di prendere le astro a 40, magari qualcuno di voi a queste cuffie ( o le ha provate ) e puoi dirmi la sua facendomi dei paragoni e dirmi quali sono le migliori? grazie mille

un altra cosa molto importante che volevo chiedervi è visto che a fine anno uscirano le 2 nuove console next gen ps4 e xbox infinity secondo voi queste astro a 40 e company saranno pienamente compatibili con le nuove console? o va a finire che dopo dovrò sborsare altri e 300 euro?

240 dollari ... (una cuffia di quel genere con i giochi, non si sente meglio di una cuffia che suona semplicemente bene)

Assuming you are looking to purchase the 2013 edition let me save you some time. DON'T
I am a multi platform gamer. (Xbox, and Mac)
and for whatever reason as highly praised as the 2011 astro a40's are the 2013's DO NOT live up to the hype.
The microphone is absolute garbage, the mix amp has more bugs than features and the technology put into this product
is a never ending series of Catch 22 issues.

First and for most. The Microphone is a condensor mic which means that it is incapable of operating unless its powered
through the mixamp. HOWEVER the mixamp uses too much "Power" so when you have it plugged into the device
you're using it for it often shorts out, crackles, and distorts all communication.
Astros solution: Plug the mix amp into an alternate power source, which works....
but only for audio you see the optical cable included in the package does not support voice
there for the only way to use the mic is through the mixamp's usb.
Long story short I predict a massive recall. Astro is trying to say these are fixable issues
however in reality it is a total flaw in the design.
in addition there is NO customer service number so your only "Support" is via email and it is Sluggish at best.
in addition you are financially responsible for any and all shipping costs so be prepared to pump in at lease another $40
if anything goes wrong with your set (Which it will)
