Ho bisogno di un software che faccia un po' quello che fanno i registratori TVCC quando rilevando un determinato cambiamento in un'area specifica dell'inquadratura scrivono data e ora in un log

Io devo farlo su un video già registrato perché non ho voglia di rivederlo tutto, esiste qualcosa del genere?
