dropbox condivisione su due pc da diverse directory

Ciao a tutti ,volevo chiedere a chi usa dropbox un consiglio
Sappiamo tutti che dropbox usa la sua directory per sincronizzare
Sappiamo anche che se volgliamo sincronizzare cartelle diverse dobbiamo creare un link,e fin qui tutto ok
Ma se.....
Postazione A creo il link ad una cartella e lo pongo in mydropbox
Postazione B voglio puntare alla copia di quella cartella in un hard disk esterno

Come faccio ?(in mydropbox della postazione A esiste il link alla cartella della postazione A e in mydropbox della postazione B esiste il link alla cartella della postazione B)

Sotto mac puoi utilizzare il programma macdropany (per linux o windows devi creare a mano i link simbolici). Le istruzioni sono queste:

Keeping Two Folders in Sync
With MacDropAny it is possible to keep a folder in sync between two computers. For example, this means that you could have your Desktop folder synced between multiple computers. To do this, follow these instructions:


Stop your sync service (Box.com, Dropbox, Google Drive, iClouDrive, or Microsoft SkyDrive) from syncing. Either use the app’s Pause Syncing feature, quit the app, or disconnect your internet connection.

On all of the computers with which you’d like to have this folder synced, use MacDropAny to sync the folder with your sync service. You must make sure that, on all of your computers, you give the folder the same name and that you put it in the same location inside your sync service’s folder.

Re-start your sync service. If everything has worked correctly, once your sync service synchronises everything through, you should now have a folder which is mirrored on all of your computers.


Qualcuno invece sa come fare la stessa cosa ma sincronizzando i file?
Se creo i link simbolici a file questi non vengono aggiornati ma dropbox trasforma il link simbolico nel file stesso durante la sincronizzazione.
